Running the self–service touchless carwash is not time–consuming but the whole investment process is. First the investors need to evaluate their time, financial and personal possibilities (am I able to go through all the necessary formalities or do I need any help?).

Beginning with receipt of the preliminary information through the whole investment process we are at your service. All the information can be given by e-mail, telephone or during face–to–face meeting.

Our help is based not only on the theory but above all – on the practice. Each Investor can count on the expert advice on the location in terms of an investment as well as on estimation of the area potential in terms of surrounding conditions. Taking all the pros and cons into consideration, we are able to choose the optimum type of carwash.

Area

03. Area

You need to have your own lot or lease the land. The larger area, the bigger carwash we can built there. It is generally assumed that for one washing bay 250 m² of the area is needed in order to keep the safe distance and to be able to perform the manoeuvres.

Not every lot is fitted for the carwash though. Besides its geophysical properties, there are also some administrative formalities you have to go through. The carwash lot should be intended for commercial and construction purposes.

You also have to make sure that your carwash lot is connected to the mains, i.e. water, electricity and sewage system. Additionally there is the an option to have the connection to gas supply as it is one of the heating source of the carwash.

Documentation

04. Technical documentation

Before starting the building works you should verify the land development plan or ask for the land development conditions. Then you need to apply for a building permit, so you will have to have the architectural – construction design prepared. The individual discipline designs of the mains will also be necessary. Depending on the area conditions it might be necessary to prepare the water supply documentation or report on the environmental impact of the venture. We have a standard design at your disposal that has to be adapted for the site conditions. It is recommended asking the professional architect to cope with the procedure in order to receive the permit.

Financing

05. Financing

Every Investor can finance their investment in three different ways: own funds, bank loan or leasing. EHRLE does not impose the financing conditions on the Customers and gives everyone the possibility to choose the best option. There is also a chance to apply for the European Union grants.

Building

06. Building works

After having received the building permit we can start the building works done by the professional company. The works are always supervised by EHRLE engineer who is at your service during the investment process.

Assembly

07. Carwash assembly

Next stage of the works is building the construction and assembling the machines. After that the Investor is taught how to use the carwash, he is given the keys and starts to run his new business.

What is most important – our relations do not end in a moment of giving you keys for the carwash. We take care of our Customers’ investments and above all, we do everything to make them successful. We provide assistance with marketing, with Ehrle chemicals necessary for the carwash, as well as the assistance with fast and efficient maintenance.
